Through AGīL, the City designed an immersive eight-week program that connected academic learning with hands-on experience in the public sector. The internship provided students with a comprehensive understanding of real estate development from a local government perspective, exposing them to the regulatory requirements and approval processes that shape successful projects.
Interns engaged directly with professional staff, participated in key meetings and contributed to real-world tasks tied to project review and development oversight. Each week focused on a critical component of the development lifecycle:
