The City Career Accelerator strategically places participants in dynamic departments such as recreation, accounting, public works, library sciences, laboratory operations and administrative services over the course of eight weeks. By collaborating closely with seasoned City professionals, participants acquire valuable firsthand experience, cultivate essential workplace competencies and develop an understanding of municipal operations. Whether embarking on a new professional journey or reentering the workforce, career changers, students and established professionals alike benefit from a supportive environment that fosters growth and ensures long-term success.
